Job Role Summary:

  • Responsible for the innovation, development and success of Xerox’s Digital Services offerings across the EMEA region.
  • Partners closely with the Global Offer Lead in identifying market trends, opportunities and will take the lead on developing and implementing new services ideas and variations.
  • Applies creativity, innovative thinking and genuine curiosity to conduct, identify and conceptualize customer service requirements and features.
  • Gains feedback from the market, customers and partners to enhance the existing offer.
  • Work as a specialist: Leads by example, pitching the Xerox Services Value Propositions to sales enablement teams and end clients to ensure direct sales and partners have effective messages/tools/content. Supports regional and country Go To Market resources as a Subject Matter Expect on key strategic opportunities.
  • Assists direct and in-direct sales channels in understanding specific Industry Sector customer challenges, the decision-making culture within the sector and creates the value proposition / offer development in the business language of the Industry Sector.

 

Purpose:

  • As a key member of the Xerox Services Vertical Industry Product team, the Product Manager will apply expertise derived from deep industry knowledge and experience by supporting offering development, sales and marketing efforts and client engagement to drive Xerox Services revenue and profit goals.
  • Subject matter expert: Understanding of the Public Sector market and processes and the specifics at a geographical and sub-sector level

Scope:

Requires active collaboration and engagement with regional operating units in Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ability to develop and maintain contact with sales enablement teams, direct sales and partners; assist pursuit teams in key deals; participate in the proposal development process when necessary; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
  • Applies industry knowledge to capture relevant industry patterns/trends and share insights gleaned to assist offering development, sales efforts and facilitate customer conversations.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to identify category-relevant segments that can be leveraged for future audience targeting.
  • Provide recommendations to advance growth opportunities from strategy to commercialization, including technology & solutions, investments, processes, metrics, etc.
  • Offers recommendations for offering technology and solutions, investments, processes, metrics, etc.
  • Applies extensive industry expertise and may be considered a subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate across capability teams (User Experience, Digitization, Workflow Automation, Communication & Marketing Services, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Robotic Process Automation) and understand their approaches and solutions to weave a true digital strategy for clients
  • Available to travel: 30% of the time.•  Establish metrics and track benefits and penetration of offering capabilities into the market place

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree

Preferred: Master of Business Administration or other relevant advanced degree

Five years Public Sector industry experience

  • Experience in client insights, offering strategy, trends, innovation, and data analytics
  • Understanding of User Experience, Customer Experience, mobile and web technologies and the use and trends of these in the Public Sector
  • Ability to take initiative and seek out innovative ideas. A self-starter with the ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated experience planning, prioritizing and executing on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to manage, influence and collaborate with multiple internal multinational stakeholders across an organization
  • Exceptional attention to detail with ability to synthesize large amounts of information and disseminate it to key stakeholders
  • Proven experience working in a collaborative team
