Our mission is becoming leader B2B freight forwarding company in the region with smart management of the carrier network of logistics companies and freelance truck drivers.
Yolda.com is looking for people who are passionate to create and change the logistics sector which is delivered in the same conventional way upon centuries.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for understand users and deliver value by solving their unique problems.
Responsibilities
- Understand, identify and define both user needs in depth
- Build strong solutions to discovered user needs
- Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Drive product roadmap to improve customer experience and deliver new values Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, engineering, UX etc)
- Build product reports and monitor performance
Qualifications
- A minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management role
- Growth mindset
- Passionate about understanding user needs and solving their problems
- Data obsession and analytical thinking
- Hands-on and result-oriented mentality
- Understanding of trade-offs
- Have an understanding of the technical architecture of complex applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish
- Engineering background is preferred
