- Run our growth efforts across digital channels, through effective performance marketing campaigns
- Grow platforms active user base & frequency through executing the marketing strategy within the allocated budget
- Setting up, managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns on various digital channels
- Design and conduct rigorous A/B experiments to test digital communication assets
- Deliver growth marketing approach for app products
- Create long & short term analysis for app growth strategies
- Proactively seek new opportunities & marketing tools to improve Performance Marketing Strategy, to increase overall KPI’s
- Managing 3rd party/agency relationships ensuring campaigns are optimized and scaled to drive performance whilst delivering exciting brand experiences. Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services by external marketing agencies, consultants, and partners
- Propose, agree and review strategies & tactics with internal team vs external agency strategy on an on-going/periodic basis
- Run growth experiments over a hypothesis pool; A/B & multivariate testing, by changing UX, offer, text, etc.
- Analyze the performance of the ongoing campaigns, making daily/monthly analyses and preparing reports about campaigns in accordance with KPIs
- Routine analyses on growth potential acting as a key person for assumptions and measurement
- Collaborate with creative, development & marketing teams alongside with 3rd party partners to improve overall performance & growth opportunities
- Improve a seamless measurement & reporting process by working closely with data teams using relevant tools & techs
- Overall maintenance of mobile app attribution tools such as Adjust, Insider, etc.
Performance Marketing for PepsiCo’s e-commerce
- Run e-commerce performance marketing campaign operations; set-up, test activate, optimise social commerce
- Ensure optimization guidelines & standards are followed to meet conversion goals & objectives
- Ensure a best-in-class consumer experience & performance through the assessment and optimization of media channels in the fields of personalization & brand content with e-commerce team
- Leverage performance marketing analytics insights and data usage
- Analyze and report profit contribution across all marketing channels and perform an ongoing assessment of traffic, conversion, sales, and profitability from marketing campaigns to increase ROAS
- Coordinate with ecomm team, customers & stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience and optimized purchasing funnel across all platforms
- Leverage operational insights & global best practices to influence the optimization of campaign consumer journeys and path to purchase
- Define our digital marketing strategy in line with our ecomm agenda and growth objectives
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Industrial, Computer or Data Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics Departments
- Minimum 6 years of experience in running digital marketing especially performance marketing-oriented campaign types. Performance marketing for an app and e-commerce marketing , ad words and etc.both together is preferable
- Fluent in English
- Experience in Media Performance Management, Data Driven Marketing, Personalization & Targeting, A/B Testing, Product Performance, UX/UI preferable
- Eagerness to manage digital projects and digital marketing campaigns (i.e. Launching, managing, and optimizing etc.)
- Data-driven and result-oriented especially experienced in tools Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Firebase, Adjust, Insider, Apptimize etc. have the necessary experience in data / measurement tools usage and analysis processes, experienced in data consolidation
- Ability to develop new reporting structures for better campaign analysis and structures
- Ability to work with several stakeholders
- Ability to work with the design & product team to create A/B / multivariate test structures to be tested
- Proven interpersonal & presentation abilities to operate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript, development experience is a plus
