The Web Team impacts the global growth of HubSpot’s core products by developing sites, applications, and experiences for the HubSpot brand. We create a remarkable journey utilizing cutting-edge technology. This is a highly visible team making a significant impact as your work will be seen by millions. This creative team works closely with partners in design, marketing, content creators, and other areas of the business. We’re on a mission to build the best web experience in the world.

In This Role, You’ll Get To

  • Develop websites and full-stack web solutions, while also tackling:
  • Internationalization
  • Playing with data
  • Cloud services
  • Messaging platforms
  • Partner with and influencing leaders across Marketing
  • Interact, collaborate and provide feedback to Engineering partners
  • Ingest, create and manage APIs from internal and external sources
  • Explore new technologies and figure out where to use them

We Are Looking For People Who

  • Ideally have 8+ years of web development experience
  • Strong experience building full stack web applications
  • Experience with Cloud Services (AWS or GCP)
  • Knowledge of client/server application development using modern JavaScript, frameworks and Node.JS
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies, and able to help plan, refine, estimate and breakdown business requirements into development tasks
  • Knowledge of testing
  • Experienced with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
  • Experienced with debugging, performance profiling and optimization
  • Organized with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to partner with internal and external stakeholders
