We are looking for a teammate to help App Samurai growth in London office.

Identify, design, and build growth hacks for a given KPI
Scale and automate growth processes
Analyze the data and conduct A/B testing to those hacks and make them living mechanisms for sustainable growth
Build monthly reports and perform analysis needed to measure performance against business goals and add insights to get results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to select/KPIs to drive results optimization

At least 3 years working as a Growth Hacker
Having a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
Has a working knowledge of Java, C++, Python, and SQL
Knowledge of HTML and CSS
Has a strong track record of demonstrated growth in a role
Has a growth mindset – open, curious, determined, quick to try new things
Having a startup mindset
Having A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience
High communication skill to understand the need and working closely with marketing team
Knowledge in paid user acquisition channels.
Knowledge in email marketing activities
Knowledge in organic growth with SEO and content marketing strategies
