Job Description

Anheuser-Busch is looking for an Application Development Manager of consumer websites and mobile applications to join our Digital team.  You will be working on some of the most powerful brands in the world – Stella Artois, Bud Light, Michelob Ultra and Budweiser – and we are only just beginning to tap the opportunity for leveraging consumers’ fanatical passion for these brands.  In joining this team, you will be helping to shape the future of consumer digital experiences with our brands in a rapidly growing environment.

 

You will own the strategy, technology road map and business outcomes for the development teams creating our technical infrastructure for AB’s consumer-facing sites and applications.

 

SUMMARY:

Provide technical leadership with development and support of consumer website, mobile, and ecommerce applications for the Anheuser-Busch marketing teams.  This person would be responsible for developing, measuring, testing and continuously improving the UI and UX of our brand websites, mobile and ecommerce applications to drive better engagement and satisfaction.  You would work closely with our Digital Marketing teams to deliver innovative, high-quality digital experiences to our consumers.  Responsible for building, coaching, measuring and developing a team of front-end developers and content authors.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team comprised of front-end developers, designers and content authors
    • Implement Digital Marketing plan according to Direct-to-Consumer strategy
    • Manage the maintenance and enhancement of consumer websites, mobile and ecommerce applications.
    • Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies and procedures
  • Build and optimize consumer sites and mobile applications in partnership with front-end developers, data analysts, designers and brand teams
  • Champion optimization efforts across platforms that enhance consumer experience and insights.  Lead and manage A/B testing across applications and channels.
  • Lead implementation of personalization at scale and integration of best-in-class thinking to our sites e.g., segmentation strategy, journey mapping, email strategy, loyalty programs

Job Qualifications

  • Deep experience in digital marketing technologies
  • Experience leading high-performance teams
  • Experience in Ecommerce, site stability, A/B testing, web and mobile analytics
  • Experience building and optimizing websites and apps
