Digital Transformation Director – Global (Amsterdam Based)
As a senior leader in the newly created marketing excellence team, this is a
fantastic opportunity to strengthen RB’s modern marketing capabilities, and
inspire and lead significant changes at pace.
The role:
Your objectives is to help embed data driven marketing capabilities across all 3 of our business units. This is a global role working across all key hubs, and you will be responsible for ensuring our hubs share best practise and deliver key tasks and deliverable in our digital transformation. This is a future facing role – creating best practise and designing our future digital roadmap.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure the Data Driven Marketing Op-Model is fully functioning, identifying any technology gaps, correct level of talent in place both at global, hub and local market
- Constantly reviewing the operating model to develop business cases to eventually in-house key roles / functions that will accelerate the value generation across all 3 GBUs
- Responsible for leading a forum of specialists across the 3BUs that will be critical to the success of the change management program we are initiating
- Responsible for staying up-to-date with a high level understanding of latest platforms, technologies and data approaches in the industry
The person:
- 10+ years of relevant digital transformation roles at leading brand/agency, preferably global.
