As a Solution Architect for our Regional team at Nestlé, you will work with colleagues globally, regionally, and locally to design, develop, deploy, and enhance our diverse operating companies’ usage of Marketing, Sales, and eBusiness (MSE) solutions. Your experience and knowledge of IT data flows along with understanding of business workflows will define how our company will bring new solutions and opportunities to life.
You will provide the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to the development of a product or a set of products that will impact our business and consumers globally.
Primary Responsibilities

Timely delivery of Nestlé’s Marketing, Sales, and eBusiness solution architecture designs for solutions such as Magento, payment gateways, CRM, Social Listening, First Party Data, etc.

Generate and test new ideas for economic viability and technical feasibility for our Marketing, Sales, and eBusiness globally, regionally, and locally businesses

Deliver efficiencies on the supported solutions, cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs and technology management

Provide end to end solution design work for business process mapping and IT data flows

Participate with Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures to anticipate how to integrate new systems with our global product groups

Orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams, managing day-to-day interactions effectively and relationships with a diverse group of colleagues globally

Manage the implementation of change requests and collaborate on post implementation reviews and problem resolutions

Manage change deployment through suppliers, execute complete changes, perform post-implementation review, and root cause analysis

Define global procedures and processes including the definition of design requirements for successful operations

Drive the process internally and with the external suppliers in proactive issue prevention and reactive root cause elimination

Define compliance monitoring and alerting framework for critical architectural elements to ensure compliant control points are executed

Investigates and reviews existing solution deficiencies, gaps (solution stability & availability), and submits operation improvements

Reviews new solutions and processes for details of operational requirements input and sign-off
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, marketing, management, or equivalent experience

7 years’ minimum experience in a business or IT environment

Technical experience and exposure to eCommerce solutions (Magento, payment gateways, etc.) or Marketing Technologies (CRM, Social Listening, First Party Data)

Experience with end to end solution designs
Preferred Qualifications:

Expertise with IT infrastructure, network architecture, and business ecosystems

Expertise with software as a service (SaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS), and platform as a service (PaaS)

Expertise in service-oriented architecture (SOA), API design or API architecture, and event-driven architecture (EDA),
-
Knowledge of open data, microservices, and predictive analytics

Understanding of emerging technology trends, internet of things (IoT), machine learning, and artificial intelligence cloud services

Ability to work autonomously and acclimate to changes in business

Agile/Design Thinking/Rapid Prototyping experience
